Pomegranate


Pomegranate is a highly nutritious fruit.

It is also a strong alkaline fruit that helps stabilize the body’s pH and maintain the smooth functioning of the body.

Pomegranate and pomegranate juice, if consumed in moderation, may help protect against cardiovascular diseases by helping with proper blood circulation, protect against breast cancer due to the ellagic acid it contains, prevent type 2 diabetes, and reduce the formation of kidney stones.

Gastrointestinal disorders, such as indigestion and diarrhea, have been reported in excessive pomegranate consumption, but they are very rare.
