My name is Exarchos Kostis and by creating this blog i wanted to combine two of my great loves, Nutrition as a Dietitian – Nutritionist with Shooting as an competitive athlete of Practical Shooting.

In my over 30 years of professional employment with the personalized creation of weekly nutrition and diet programs, I have connected with many people, women, men, teenagers, children, elderly people, with various diseases, heart issues, gastrointestinal problems, diabetes, women in pregnancy, menopause, dancers, athletes and so many other special cases.

Through all this activity, I have found, with continuous measurements and recording of statistical data, that simple and understandable knowledge about real nutritional needs is what really helps everyone maintain their weight and not burden their health with toxic and other harmful substances.

Foods with their ingredient proteins, amino acids, sugars, carbohydrates, etc. are the most important weapon that protects each of our bodies and makes it strong, agile, with mental clarity, cheerful so that it can dynamically face every day of life.

Engaging in Shooting and especially with Practical Shooting, combined basic functions such as alertness, that is, the quick perception of the stage of the targets and the immediate response, good physical condition and the necessary nutrition so that you achieve the best possible result every time.
