At the beginning of satiety, people are seized by a prolonged and pleasant sleep, which continues for some time of the day. However, when the body cannot bear the continuous satiety, sleep is no longer pleasant but the person becomes agitated and thinks that he is struggling. When the person reaches this point, he is close to illness. What illness he will suffer from is unknown because it depends on the internal secretions that are caused in his body.
There are also the following symptoms of satiety, the body hurts, sometimes the whole body and sometimes a part of it. This pain resembles fatigue. Thinking that people are tired, they try to cure themselves with rest and hypertrophy.
Some people present the following symptoms of satiety. They have pain and heaviness in the head, the eyelids close after eating, the sleep is restless, they seem to have a fever and sometimes suffer from constipation.
The treatment with quick results is to take a steam bath, increase the intake of light and soft food for ten days, running at a slow pace, morning walk and wrestling. To take breakfast and sleep a little after that. After eating, a short walk is enough. This is the fastest method of treatment.
The following also happens during satiety. The stomach of some people digests food, but their body does not accept it, so the food remains inside and causes bloating. After eating breakfast, the bloating subsides and they think they have been relieved. The next day, however, the symptoms return much stronger, then the body is disturbed and you cause diarrhea.
In such a case, breakfast should be skipped and food should be reduced by one third. More exercises should be done, such as running and walking again. After ten days, half the amount of food that has been removed should be added, vomiting should be induced, and the food should be gradually increased for four days. After another ten days, the rest of the food can be added gradually, and strenuous exercise of the body is recommended.
Another result of continuous satiety is that the undigested food is expelled the next day without belching or sourness, with several bowel movements, without any pain.
In this case, the stomach, as it is cold, cannot digest food during the night; when it moves, it expels undigested food. Warm should be ensured in the stomach with diet and exercise. Eat warm bread soaked in black wine or pork broth, and also fish in brine. It is recommended to eat meat with flesh, but not in large quantities. Vegetables should include leeks, garlic, turnips, and pumpkin, boiled and raw.
Some people with continuous satiety become pale, have belching and heartburn. In this case, they should vomit and follow the diet and exercise described for those with bloating.
