Good health is the result of a combination of physical, mental and social factors, such as a balanced diet, regular movement and exercise, quality sleep, stress management, the prevention we receive (annual blood tests, washing hands before any meal, etc.), the habits we have in our lives, the environment we live in, our relationship with other people.

Good health is achieved by consistently making small, daily lifestyle changes, which cumulatively offer long-term benefits.

If you have any questions or concerns, need clarification about a food, dietary supplement, diet for a chronic or seasonal illness, you can also ask in this post, in addition to asking in a specific article that has been posted.

I will be happy to answer, to the best of my knowledge, questions regarding nutrition, diet planning, dietary supplements and anything related to nutrition.

      1. Do you practice yoga? It is very beneficial both for mind and body. Especially the mind which controls the body.

      2. No I don’t do yoga, I’ve been training muay thai since 1991, and competitive ipsc since 2022. I think both, muay thai and ipsc are great mind and body also ๐Ÿ™‚
        Do you have similar experience practicing yoga?

      3. I practice it sometimes but some form of physical activity is necessary for everyone to keep fit and happy.
